Director of Locus Planning, James Platt, is a qualified and experienced town planner, with an extensive local authority background. James has worked at Principal and Senior Officer level, working at a number of local authorities across East Anglia, including Babergh, Breckland, Mid Suffolk, Suffolk Coastal, South Cambridgeshire and Waveney District Council. James has also worked for a planning consultancy at a large multidisciplinary company.

The experience James has gained will help you deliver your development project within the local planning authority context.
